National (Organisational) Mentoring Programme

The aim of the Mentoring Programme is to partner suitably qualified nationals with people from within the various communities. This twinning is an effort to help the latter group of people develop in areas such as basic life skills, technical, vocational activities, commercial, financial and managerial skills, sport, culture, and music. In this way, the people of the communities will achieve a better sense of self, marketable skills, self respect and self awareness and above all the programme will give them an opportunity to break the cycle of poverty and violence that has gripped so many of the communities of the nation.

Our Mission

The CDF is committed to articulating and implementing solutions that alleviate poverty and contribute to the holistic development of communities, using a collaborative approach, which both leverages and promotes innovativeness among our people and nurtures a caring society.
